I was really anticipating this game, that's actually the reason I got a PS3. But it took so long to come out...I completely lost interest in video games while waiting. So as cool as it would be to get GT5, I probably won't end up buying or playing it. That's really cool that they make those driving wheels with a manual transmission now...
got it today, downloaded and got the a license and finished the first 3 races in the sunday races. won a go kart and its pretty hard to control those bad boys,.
Yeah they are, surprised i could use the 5 cars i get with CE edition in the sunday race which include R8 and Merci haha...but i staid true and used the car i got... Cant wait to get my wheel next week hopefully... got to the top gear test track bonus, dumb VW busses is all you can race on it so far...

Got it and as good as the driving is, the menu time loading is hell... straight up slow. Almost done the beginner class, got a few cars including the precious S2000, which is giving me hell in the FR race. Its just too damn slow in the straights. Waiting for my dad for fabricate a bracket to attach the DFGT to. Desk is 4" thick... Its modern... and not really practical. BTW, the Drag Car (I think it was a 600hp tuned mustang by a place in Oregon) with sport tires and heavy rain... All I can say is good luck! I cant even see anything since the damn window is made to go in straight lines. That reminds me, is there a drag strip? Cuz that would be sweet!
Hahaha, but I actually wanted the lights! The burnout! and the sign of your time and trap speed! Lol, maybe in 6! But I actually dont like dragging on tv or in real life... just wanted to have something more!

Yeah was not expecting that for the CE i got. But damn is that car tail happy when you lay into it...really need to get that wheel to help out a bit.

Menus and loading dont help, but its still 1 10/10 as a driving sim, and with a nice racing wheel, it cant get any better. Forza is nice, but sadly the xbox wheel sucks! and the 1 other aftermarket wheel is about $300 with pedals. I got this crappy wheel with the game... thankfully my logitech is almost done installing! Just waiting for my dad to buy some clips he needs. Wheel FTW, you cant get any better!
