Got kicked out of the Grocery Store.....Can I Sue

I like to wear a elaborate Jar Jar Binks Costume in my everyday life. I went to the grocery store, and saw how depressed everyone looked so I thought I would help. I started dancing in the aisles, and yelling at people, and running up to people and taking things out of there cart. It was great fun. Then when I went to check out, there was only 1 lane open and a long line. I screamed and screamed while in line and danced,bumping into other people. I then opened a box of baking soda and threw it around.


Finally I got to check out. I started making noises at the cashier, and I kept pressing buttons on the computer. Some people in line were groaning because the line was getting longer, but that gave me more incentive to make them laugh. I climed unto the table and started kicking peoples groceries around and started singing. The Manager and 1 of his Goons pulled me off and said I could never shop there again. Can I Sue for Harrassment or possibly assault?

 

You don't need a lawyer, you need a shrink.

 

Im not sure if I believe this story but No you cant sue. You acted inappropriately in a store and they could easily say you endangered other shoppers with kicking their groceries.

Honestly did you do this charade to make others laugh or to fufill your want for exitment or rebellion?

If was a store owner I would throw you out on the assumption that you were drunk or on drugs because any storeowner reserves that right and judging by your behavior and attire the video cameras would easily back up that claim in court... and you just may end up with a suit.

Or I could take the more fun approach as a storeowner and turn off the cameras and throw you out myself using excessive force... (If you ever watched Casino and saw how the cowboy who had his feet up on the tables was "escorted" out of the Tangiers you would know that it wouldn't be pleasant for you)

 

I better stop this train before it runs off the tracks.:giggle:

Its a Joke, I didn't do this for real, I found it on 3si. When I first saw it I was about to reply with a less then pleasant answer also(I use to be a Bouncer long ago, so imagine what I was thinking)

A) Putting this in the joke section would have worked better

B) Prefacing this by saying "I didnt actually do this but some guy really asked if he could sue!"

^^^Those two things would have helped avoid some questions

nah actually the person could sue, it will probably get thrown out and not even go to court, and if it does happen to go to court he probably wont win. I should try find the top 10 or something most ridiculous cases people have won.

You can sue anyone for anything, doesnt mean a person has a snowballs chance in hell at winning but he could try...but im sure we would be surprised the things people are sued over haha.
