Got a new river to fish in...

Yep, you can see my fence right there. Its actually gotten a bit closer since I took the picture.

Yep, thats what everyones backyard on my street looks like right now.

 

Big storms and tornado's in Richmond last night...looks like you guys got it a lot worse in NOVA.

 

Wow that's quite the amount of water...just curious do you live in acrage or something? I mean it looks like you got plenty of space around you.

How close is the house to the fence?

So any plan of preventing the water from coming in the hose? Just wondering that's all.

 

Your real estate just went up in value = water front property!!!

 

Technically, the majority of what is actually covered by water is just community land. But everyone keeps their area up, so everyones backyard is pretty big and gets used. Id say the fence is a little less then 10 yards from the house. Luckily our house is on a hill and the water has never started going up the hill. So we dont have to worry.

When I was younger this use to happen pretty often. My buddies and I would go rafting through it. We would go for about 200+ yards through everyones backyard

looks dirty for swimming...might be fine for fishing though.
I love Auburn river located in Auburn city. Crystal clear, but a little cold.
