Good luck Karl with the change in vehicles. Your friend got lucky to get your STi. At least you will still see it once in a while. lol

Sad to see the toy go, but you're getting a great GMC in return. If I may ask, how much did you buy it for?

Well Karl, I've heard you mention on a couple of posts but never took it seriously, but sometimes you have to let you. As everyone has already said Nice Truck, in the 5000 homes in my area only 15 have trucks but they use them 24/7 so it's not a common sight so it's more exclusive then the STi to me.

Congratulations, Kilo6_one!!! Soon i'll have my first 2 seat sports car of my dreams (one of them, the very first). We have no kids, so my wife is very supportive of me getting the 2012 Nissan 370z. I've wanted a Z since i was a kid. I'm not modding her like crazy, just an exhaust and sway bars. Glad to know for the first time in my life i can say i have a car that's truly my toy. And of course, i have a life long supply of detailing products to take care of her once she's shipped from Japan ( I'll post pics once she's home of my detailing process).

I got it for 25k....... which in CA is almost market value. Its got the full leather interior etc. etc back up sensors which is nice with kids always running about........ Im really happy with it.

thanks guys for your support, my wife was orgasmic that I sold it, she hated that car. LOL

I drove a 370, very very nice...... I love the styling over the previous model, keeps to its roots.

That's the major reason i didn't get a 350z, it wasn't the feel of the old school Z mixed with the advancements in motoring of today. The 370z is perfect for me, i use to want a 2008 Porsche Cayman S, but honestly, i picked the 2012 370z over it after test driving the 2011 base model. One thing i'll have to get use to is the fact on half the hood, mirrors, half fender, and front bumper will have a clear bra (it's highly recommended for Z's and GT-R's) . The good thing is that the clear bra that i'm getting recommends sealing and waxing. A light polish can be used so i'll adjust. Lastly, of course i will polish out if there are any scratches, (if there are any, considering the dealer has been told in writing not to touch her) no LSP of course before i have the clear bra and tint installed.

Still remember the day I sold my crotch rocket ... she was happier that day than during our wedding day. A couple of days ago she told me I should get another one ... still trying to figure out what she wants me to stop doing or trade ... she has been mentioning hardwood floors a lot lately too ... LMAO.

Funny what happens when we get older. We get practical. I've had my Passat for 4 years and haven't even lowered it. Yet.

yeah, I have a set of lowering springs for my wifes jetta.......... who knows if ill lower it LOL.

I like the way it looks and since its being used in our grape vineyard I did not want to tard it all up with a lift kits and such like my previous trucks, I have to get in and out alot and 6" of lift becomes a hassle.
