So I've had pbw blackhole and white diamond for a while now and love them both, but I usually apply the glaze then my wax or sealant to clients cars, but I was reading that the lsp won't last as long if applied over top of a glaze, but if I apply the glaze last it has very minor abrasives so wouldn't it remove the wax/sealant? Any help would be great
I'd say stick with the glaze first. wait a day, then apply 2 layers of lsp. It also depends on what your lsp is I guess.
For clients I usually go menz powerlock toped with a layer of 845, both last quite a while but does going m105-m205-glaze-lsp effect how long it lasts opposed to m105-m205-lsp since its adhearing right onto polished paint vs trying to bond to a glaze?
I could be wrong here, but AFAIK a glaze simply a "filler polish" If this is right, then there shouldn't be any problems as long as they are made for eachother. My "filler polish"/Glaze is Black Fire Gloss Enhancing Polish and I follow up with Black Fire Wet Diamond Paint Sealant x 2 + carnuba of choice. Nomally though, you wouldn't always need the glaze unless the car has darker paint. A light colored car doesn't neccesarily benefit as much from it. Again, this is all AFAIK, so I could be completely wrong here.
I use Blackhole quite often, it's my favorite glaze/cleaner and always apply it before a sealant or nuba. You should be fine waiting around an hour to let the Blackhole cure if need be. But I have had no real issues with it limiting the durability of my lsp.
