Jon, Is this sponge basically the same thing as Mr. Cleans Magic Eraser?

 

No this is a 'type' of detailer's clay

 

Sorry, I got the name confused with another sponge that is very similar to the eraser.

 

I use Sprayway, Surf City, Stoner's. and Adam's. You spray, spread with one towel, and the dry well with a second towel. The goal is to wipe up the residue and not rely on evaporation of the alcohol.

 

I use a method close to Bunky's. I use Sprayway as well. My favorite glass cleaner.

 

i have heard good things about the body sponge. But couldn't you simply use normal detailing clay also?
