Foam guns....educate me please.

CG also carries the gilmour foam gun but the price isn't as good. CG sales seem to never end, some of their sales like the monster towels have been going on for months.

I usually only use foam guns after the car has been driven in rain. Basically if a panel is particularly dirty I like the soap dwelled on before I use my wash media.

I think most soaps you buy will foam up quite well. DP foam xtreme was suppose to be designed for foam guns though, I just recently ordered some up for my foam gun. The only one that I know won't foam up too well is CG Glossworkz. It is much better to suited for washing anyways. You can mix them with distilled water if water is hard in your area to get better foaming.

Check out this thread for ratios if you have trouble. Basically it is a 1:3 ratio for most soaps that have 1oz to a gallon dilutions.

Have always used Meg's Hyperwash with my foam lance, and it's never disappointed. Now that Ken's carrying the RG Snow Foam, I'll try it soon with my new lance. I'll post some reviews as soon as I get around to it!

 

Yeah so it sounds like everyone kind of agrees with me on this topic. They are all good, it's really just personal preference. I will probably pick up that Gilmour foam gun after I move into my house......I cannot wait. SO stoked!

 

Does anyone knows if there are any E- power washer that fit Wolfgang foam gun?

I just purchased the Gilmour unit from ADS tonight as a matter of fact. Looking forward to getting it and using it! Wont be able to use it until I move into the house unfortunately. People are utterly ridiculous who live in these apartment.
