Phil any chance your guy can get the new backing plate, mine shipped out with the original red one on it. If you can get it it would be much easier to go through you rather than whoever carries them.

Get your serial number off of your Flex and call Powerhouse. It is covered under warranty. I did this and it shipped the same day.

I brought it through Detail Image and Its wrapped up as a xmas gift so I will call after the holiday. Since it is under warranty will powerhouse give it to me or tell me to contact who I purchased it through?
