What are you looking for in your test, to see if it actually works? Either way is going to work without any problems but it is always best to find out on your own when there is some doubt in your mind.

To see if one way offers greater longevity than the other.

I would like to thank Nica for his rotary videos, they taught me how to use a rotary effectively and to respect it. I would like to thank Asphalt Rocket for the tips on a combo that has corrected my car to the point where I am astonished. I never thought my car would come back. Almost 4 years of drive through car washes, sometimes twice weekly. I only got serious about detailing in the last month and a half. I have learned so much from all of you.

My first go at a rotary was a smashing success. No burnt paint or clear coat, no destroyed finishes, no thermonuclear war! I made it!

As I mentioned in another post, the Concorso was put on hold. I couldn't see using a $250 wax when it was raining out, but as luck would have it my 5050 came in yesterday. Prime time to try it out! Oh yeah, the rain stopped after the first layer of wax was applied..lol..it cleared up, the roads dried and the sun came out about an hour before I pulled it out of the warehouse!

This, my trunk lid and spoiler, were always the worst part of my car. Scratched all to hell and beat up looking. Not any more.

This is a great picture. It is not an actual shot of my hand, but actually a reflection in my passenger side quarter panel.

Thanks to everyone for all their help, I could not have made any improvement without this site!
