What's you goto product for cleaning door jambs knowing you won't wax it afterwards? I have been using a combination of apc for really bad spots and a quick detailer with some mf's. What are you guys using?
i guess apc would work best. depending how bad they are. sometimes you need different size brushes, specially around door hinges
For basic cleaning it just depends of how bad they are. I've used just regular car shampoo, an APC like OPC, waterless wash products, Auto Finesse Citrus Power (thanks, Martin) and probably some other products I'm not remembering just now. However, I do use a sealant on jambs, typically OOS since it is so quick and easy to apply. I've never done it but I've talked to people who use an AIO in door jambs.
Same here. I will use a spray wax on the jambs on my own and then usually use waterless wash. I will use apc's in the hinge areas with detail brushes then rinse.
