Also who makes them, are they new?

They're about a 8-10 months old I think. The only kind in comparison are the white and red beveled pads on AG. Lake Country Beveled Edge 3.5 Inch Pad Pack

They're $4 each on AG, I'll let them go for $2 each. I also have 1 yellow one.
