Still no luck receiving my first Eshine order. It has been over two weeks now since I placed the order. Is there any way to trace the order?

It appears the post is very slow this time of year, as you see we did ship the day after you ordered but it just arrived in your country on the 10th! You will likely get it any day now.

Thx, that makes me feel better. Must be the Christmas rush slowing it down.

 

No problem. I would have been concerned also after two weeks. I was actually shocked to see it took 6 days to get to MISSISSAUGA which is 1.5 hrs away from us....

 

i'm in the usa now but when in canada was always a pleasure keep it up...

Do you have suppose that this order has gotten lost? Even at Christmas time this seems excessive. Just anxious in Utah to use your products.
