Recently at eShine we invested in a Reflex Spray on Bedliner system. Finally after training and lots of setup we sprayed our first truck! This truck came from a shop that applied a bedliner on it a few months ago, yes belive it...the customer paid for the bedliner you are seeing in the first few pics.

 

damn. that looks good. how long does it take for the whole process? how strong is the smell?

now that the bed is done, that truck needs a detail

We took most of the old stuff off with our Flex rotary and a 6" Nylon Cup brush.

Figured I can't be doing Spray-On Bedliners and not have my truck done for an example

 

Very even coating, looks better that the Rhino Linings I've seen done in my area. You're making me think I need this for my truck!

 

Don't mean to toot my own horn but the overall quality of the job has LOTS to do with the guy who is spraying and prepping it. Until the very end the box looks blotchy and uneven, the painter has to do a texture coat by adding more air and holding the gun back from the box about 4 feet while quickly moving the gun. This shoots small dots of material all over giving it the nice texture you see. You have to have a good eye and feel for when you are doing this properly. You make or break the job in the last 10 seconds!
