For scratches and swirls would 652 or 671 be the better choice?

Unfortunately DG does not make a true polish.. stick to menzerna for correction.

I used 101 as a stand alone all in one and it did not last long at all.But I love 105, aqua wax and 901 all of those are some good stuff.

    There is one product I don't like from Duragloss - it's #104 liquid/paste wax...It's a PITA to apply/remove...

I think if tires can be cleaned with APC dilluted - it will be best aproach, safer, and more efficient...adjust the strengh only when needed...

Wow! i must get some DG product. Thanks for sharing:) At my home town, no distributor of DG! so, i look over this product and focus to Meg product (easy to buy here) or another brand. Everytime when i look at you collection still wonder why most of your guys have DG product on shelf...

yes..thats the only product I had trouble with...its a bear to remove..it does look good when taken off..but you can struggle with it taking it off....I found if you use as a wipe on wipe off product its not bad..I ow use mine for wheels...does pretty good at that....LOL....

they need to revamp that product..I told them many times....

ok....drop this...no need for it .... Duragloss FGPC (Fiberglass Polish & Cleaner)
Contains synthetic polymers which form a protective coating on the surface of painted vehicles. 8 oz remove $9.49 $9.49

get the 501 Marine polish instead....same thing and you get more....^^^^

drop the fast clean and shine..the Marine detailer is much better does the same but in a better way.....add a few oz's of AW to it and you have a nice cleaner/ protector spray....

get some Track Klaw polish..you are going to see some super slick polish...lol.....and it looks great also....lasts about 3 months..I just started playing with it since Shadybreal sent me some..pretty wild stuff....DG sent me some last year..but i have misplaced it and never got to use it....PM Shadybreal on this...he raved on the phone to me on it...lol....nothing sticks to it....you can wash with just a rinse...and no dirt left....

Oh..get a small bottle of the 201 vinyl leather stuff...and use it on trim....its one of the best I have used and lasts many washes and does no run..good for interior plastics also...

also see if you can get the shampoo local at Carquest first..save your self 5.00 ...they get it the same day or next for you...

    Al,
Tell us more about your opinion on their APC. I've been eyeing it as a replacement for my Meguiar's APC+ (Pre-VOC). There's a lot of APC's out there but when they run 30+ dollars like some of them do I always keep my eye out for a good inexpensive one.

  19. Al-53

    Al-53 Welcome to Detailing

Tell me what your uses are and I will tell you if thier APC is for you....

my uses for thier APC....I clean all the plastics on the interior with it diluted...

I clean all trim with it with same dilution....

for tires and wheel well I use either LA Awesome and Zep citrus APC....I do not use any APC's that choke me any more...with High Butyl contents....

I do not use APC's for rugs I use a dedicated shampoo for them..Zep carpet shampoo or extractor solution and traffic lane cleaner...Folex for spots or Zep stain release..have not had a bad Zep product yet...cheap and efective....you may want to look into thier APC also...they have about 2-3 different ones...and cost effective and WORK....

Well general all purpose cleaning, of course. Wheel wells.. grimy areas. I was thinking carpets on occasion too. The Zep carpet shampoo you just pick up at Home Depot or something? Where do you get Extractor Solution/Traffic Lane Cleaner?

I'll check out Zep's APC. I really want to try and find something 'All Purpose', so that I don't need 15 different gallons of product for specific needs.
