Does anyone here use a MAC?

What? Guess you weren't aware of Microsoft Office for the MAC? I hate PCs. MAC all the way. So much more stable than a PC too.

linux is free. you do not buy it. when people sell it they are selling the disc you can pick up all the distros for free online.

how the packages is distributed is through the internet. you download an disc image file and burn it to cd. that is how you give it to the world.

the people that code linux distros are usually people that are sick of all the production operating systems. so they dedicate thier time to try and help the others in the same boat as them.


and fminus ive seen his apple 30" display start to get choppy and mess up when doing photoshop. i mean it looks fantastic but if too much starts being done on one screen at a time you start to see the choppyness due to high refresh rate.
