definition of "full detail"

Interesting reads. I am a little glad I did not dabble into the side detailing business. I was interested and got a few people to try it out but it kind of just fell off after a while.

Ken did the interior of our minivan for an hourly rate because its not a package that he offered. I thought I got a smashing deal considering the equipment he has invested into doing a job like that. People don't see the equipment over the phone. For those that are skeptical of it, but not outright refusing the prices, perhaps a look into the capital investment would help them understand?
