Why do you think Im getting the 10- 22mm. :cool2: If things go as planned, then expect pictures to be posted by the 18th. A lens doesnt necessarily reduce blurry images. However, some lenses do have image stabilizer (IS) which allows you to hand hold a camera and take a sharp picture using a slower shutter speed then you would normally be able to. Note these lenses can be considerably more expensive and can only help so much depending on how well the IS works, and the conditions. Also, they will not help with moving objects. If you want to take a sharp picture of a moving object then you need to use a higher shutter speed. However, blurry pictures could be a result of user error (wrong settings, wrong equipment, camera shake, etc.), something wrong with the lens, or something wrong with the camera itself.
mmm..interestin..okay but what would you recomend for an area with poor lighting..um..example like a weare house lighting..the detail I just posted had lightig but the ceailing is like 20 to 30ft high and well poor lighting...I think I need to upgrade cameras so I can have more control...but the lense is interesting...I'm more interested on taking free hand pictures, don't really care for a tripod...I know I'm going to purchase one anyways but that's just my opinion right now..when I try taking pictures with a trypod my opinion may change
Well it really depends on what the lighting is like. But in low light situations a IS can definitely help (only to an extent). But really the best thing to do is use a tripod. Itll make your pictures sharper too.
Good tips guys...oh and P1et I've tried that holding my arms as steady as I can and I always get blury pictures :wall: Just need more practice I guess and yes I agree a tripod will give me sharper pictures and that's what I'm after :thumb:
deff invest in a flash..and you can use it to bounce it off the cealing...or side wall...or direct at subject in some cases...its well worth it
A flash to bounce of the ceiling? Do you mean like one of those umbrella things? I've seen those but boy camaras is just as bad as detailing products lol..not cheap at all.
Bad thing with cranking up ISO is it makes your pictures noisy. Just suck it up and get a tripod Nica. You can go to the store and buy one for $20, it will be good enough for you're trying to do.
