What's the difference between these and the other LC pads?

 

these are flat and the others have dimples in them.

some believe that these may skip less.

 

is this just a limited supply or are you going to always carry these now?

1. Is the $175.00 should only be total order value or total order value + S&H?
2. Since I am ordering from Indonesia, should I place the order on the website or directly by e-mail to you?
3. Can I order 3.5" PFW from you?

$175 should be just for product.
