Yes and it works well . I have never used the 3M version . Just could never let myself spend that much for it.

Ive used a TK35 before in a weapons class, it is a awesome light blinds the crap out of people. LOL
I was never a Fenix fan, thought they were cheap surefire knockoffs and always used the surefire weapon lights etc, but the Fenix lights have better output and cost, and are super rugged. I am not a convert; I now I keep a TK 30R5 in my cars, etc. and use a TK30 at the range even sent one to a friend doing time in the A-stan and he loves them.

Great lights! highly recomend.
