Twisting paint? That's something I've never heard before, but that was a very good introduction to the Surbuf pad.

just as long as you recieved it, I'm not concerned. I've always gotten the best service from you, and I just wanted to make sure you recieved the order itself.

Even though I'm sure they would work with a Flex, I feel they are better suited to smaller machines like PCs and G110s. The Surbufs require very little pressure to do their work, so the extra grunt of the Flex isn't needed. Plus, the forced rotation of the Flex can make it harder to control, almost impossible with one hand. But reaching across a long hood or roof with one hand is easy with a PC and Surbufs. And since you are using lower pressure, a PC will spin a 6.5" or 7" Surbuf just fine.

    Right on. :afro:

note: A typical random orbital will deliver MORE revolutions of the backing plate AND more oscillations per minute compared to the Flex. :graduation:

i have used the surbufs on my flex, and they do work well . its hard to say which (pc or flex) they work better with though.

Part of the reason i have trouble comparing is that I always use the 4 inch surbufs on my pc and the 6 inch on my flex.

so looks like its replacement for purple wool pads? but this seem to be better for m105 since not too much polish will be wasted and "lost" in wool pad?
