BTW, I didn't expect the uber pads to be THAT huge, it's pretty dang big...

 

due to the many shipments that we had we decided to ship out what we had first, since you did the order manually you did not get an update, sorry about that sometimes the system is quicker than we are.

I did send you an email back, the other item is on its way from SV.

Also I believe we mentioned that in an email prior to shipment maybe you didn't get it, but as you know this was an oversight as we are human at the end of the day. Sorry about that.
