This is a new client, GREAT people, plenty of cars. This is the first run, the wife's/mom's Mercedes. None of the other cars are this bad (I hope), but I'll find out in the next week, as I have them all lined up. I feel they're about to trade this one, but want it resurrected before doing so. Today I just tackled the interior ONLY, had 5 hours absorbed in this. Not very many products used, but a great turnaround. Here's how I tackled it: Adam's All Purpose Cleaner, Adam's Leather/Interior Cleaner, & Adam's Carpet/Upholstery Cleaner were the chemicals of choice Adam's Horsehair Interior Brush, Adam's Carpet Brush, Adam's (old) Lugnut brush (have the new one, but kept the old one JUST for tasks like this), and plenty of my "dirty" job microfibers were the tools of choice Touched up the wood & metal bits with Adam's Detail Spray Conditioned all door panels & seats with Adam's Leather Conditioner Along with my ShopVac, some good ol' fashion water & elbow grease, we got down to business Here's the interior upon my arrival, pure dirtyness: Back middle hump....this is SUPPOSE to be creme colored, not gray/brown... Tanning lotion kills your seats FYI. Hasn't even been vacuumed in awhile. At this point, I had seen enough, time to get busy with my boys. Nasty, unnecessary closeup of the passenger front floormat....poor thing.... Came up with my own drip dry system, lol. Got all the personal belongings out of the cubbies, doors, and seat pockets. Time to get the crud out of the cracks. Scrubbin' on the console. Moving the seats around revealed all kinds of junk. These guys are workin' overtime. Makin' some progress. All buttoned up. WHEW. I know it's not PERFECT. Some stains were BAAAAD. If I'd had been at home, with my HOT tap water outside, there'd have been more progress. And if they paid me more, lol, I would have gotten it further corrected as well. For the pay, the time, I'm VERY happy with the turnaround, and so were they! Thanks for looking!
It does look very nice in the afters, but the befores are far from "dirty" compared to what I have the joy of cleaning.
Looks great! Nice clean up. I would not call it a CRAZY interior though... I've seen some bad stuff in the past!
Looks great Love interior turnarounds. However...if this is really dirty for you...stay away from minivans
Lol. Thanks boys!! I hear what you're sayin'. In my eye, I know there's worse, but this was pretty bad by my standards, in the interpretation that it's MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH worse than mine will ever be, lol.
lets just hope that's tanning lotion on the seats. Anyone catch the top gear where they had the interiors tested and it wasn't.... and was something only a female passenger could leave....
