What is a 'token'?

This only happens with Explorer, and it doesn't matter how many times I reload or press the 'back' button I get the same message.

 

It almost sounds like a virus imo or a virus in their server for the site you are trying to obtain.

 

Tokens are issued when you open a new window/tab - if they have an expiration timeframe, then chances are you're not making a reply within that timeframe, so that's the message you get.
A refresh of the window/tab before you start writing a reply should reset the token timer or issue you with a new one.

If that's what you're already doing, and it's still happening, then empty your cache.
Beyond that, you'd be best to use Google to see if others experience it solely with IE, and what the remedy has been.

 

It only happens on DB using IE
