I have asked you 3 times for a Tracking Number. I know you have seen all my three PM's and they have gone ignored. Is there a Problem? If i do not get a tracking number by Tomorrow Night i will File for a Refund via PayPal. Communication has been None to Zero with you after Payment. I paid you over 2 Weeks ago...

Sorry dude, it looks like the negative feedback was for 'detail addiction'. For some reason DB seems to have spammed a whole bunch of people (everyone?) with a Message saying "Negative iTrader rating Message from Detailing Bliss Forum". :shead:

 

I got a negative feedback too.. I sent you a pm lol thinking I screwed up...


Whatever is happening here is not cool.

 

dont know wtf happend? I made that feedback for Detail Addiction... Must be a Glitch or something. Just checked all your Profiles. No Negative Feedback that i can see

I got most of mine. I ordered several 16oz bottles due to flat rate USPS shipping option and avoiding big $$ for shipping gallons. I got my package approximately 2 weeks after making payment and was missing 1 of the 16oz bottles. Contacted Detail Addiction and he said he would get it out right away. I believe a few others have gotten their items as well.

 

still waiting on a gallon of maxi suds II....Im thinking with all the PM's and shipping he might be a bit behind with his replys.........Thanks for the prompt response

you need to check your PM's to make sure you have the correct buyer and adress...i know your in California but no way should the items take this long to arrive...your lack of communication shows a total disregard on your end..

Sorry for the late response but I have been real busy getting cars ready for Pebble Beach. I know I have been a little slow getting some of the stuff out and I am sorry for that but I think everyone should have their stuff by now. If not please call me and I will handle it. I am not sure about all the negative feed back stuff but none of that was from me. Once again I apologize for any delays and by no means am I screwing anyone out of their products.

I got the package yesterday. thanks. still could have saved all the fustration if you just gave me the tracking number.

 

it took 10 days to ship my original order after payment and now i am still waiting for the bottle of diablo gel that was missing.
