I am bombarded by front only sprinklers in my area (front angle in parking) and want to get a cover, but the problem is you have to have a permit displayed at all times (on rear of car) anyone else know what I should do? basically I want the front to middle of the car covered, and the rear to be able to be open? Anything would be helpful, thanks
