Bought a sony lcd 1080p tv. And have 2 questions?

hell yeah they make more, for example, i work at microcenter and i know what company pays for cables. $15 usb cable, we pay less then $1, AV cables we pay at most half of its retail price

only benefit of gold is it doesnt corode so if you have old tv set with silver plugs, sometimes you will see a lot of "contamination on those things and have to wipe it off before putting cables on, gold apparently doesn't have that problem. gold doesnt have anything to do with quality unless whole calbe is made out of it

 

ive decided to stick with the cables . that the cable company supplied .. thanks guys .

 

Congrats on the TV! now you need a Blue ray player and 7.1 surround system and youll never goto the theaters again...well unless its imax
