PJs - I think I have read something about this product over on DW. I think when searching around for AB post I came across something about a topper.

 

If you read the AW label, it actually states you can use it as a QD as well. Who knew?:thumb:

 

I use CG speedwipe as well with no problems.

 

Good to know! I've been using it at dry time like the directions say...I missed the part about using it as a QD.

 

I wonder if it would be ok with FK425 or with Pinnacle Crystal Mist?

 

Ken, can't offer anything on the GI QD - not used or touched any of the GI or Blackfire stuff Polished Bliss in Scotland are renowned for importing.
The QD I have used without issue, has been Griot's SpeedShine, and BH's own dual-purpose "coming soon" paint cleanser/QD.
Been meaning to get some DJ RM, but don't expect any issues there, nor with Zaino Z-8 - which are more a short-term sprayable sealant than QD, so TTD or BS and Z-6 should be alright too.

I've put Gloss-It QD and Red Mist on top of AB with little to no issues (smearing that required some extra motivation to get off)

Oh yeah, also BH new topper and paint cleaner is almost ready. Last I read the paint cleaner had a slight issue with a certain type of finish and they are going back and fixing that. The topper is done and ready, they are also making a spray version. Dont know if PJs has any new information or insight.

 

i used Gloss-It QD as a final wipedown over AutoBalm on the PC16 Audi i did a couple weeks ago and had absolutely no issues at all. the car came out great.
