Yay for Calgary. I heard about this a few days ago...not sure why you would want to download large files from your cell phone...but he is lucky that they are will to drop it to 4000$. He still isnt going to pay it!!
gotta lvoe the rigpigs lol.. but really wow.. thatsa huge billl.. mines about 110 a month and i thought i talked alot. (no house phone) and an albertain, why am i not shocked....on a side note, had they not dropped it i would assume he would not have paid, had a small line on his credit and goten a new phone, at the end of the day there are ways to get outa bills like that... not ethicly but its possible
