Best protectant for Mercedes MBTex

I just got a 2013 ML350 and would like to know what the best protectant is for their synthetic MBTEX material. I am looking for a weekly protectant and perhaps a sealant spray, much in the same way the 3M fabric spray works to prohibit stains.

You're using Menzerna Power Lock on vinyl upholster?

 

I would use Ultima interior guard plus as a vinyl sealant.
