Autoglym 25% off at Canadian Tire

I have no idea why? I mean honestly i haven't tried any out yet (just picked up the HD Wax, but haven't had time to do anything with it) but from posts and pics I see of those products, the HD Wax and CWC seem to be really great from what people say.

I really wished the Wal-Mart where i live had it on sale for like $10 - $20 though :/ but this wax seems like it will last me a lifetime!

 

Wow, that would be bling. I'm going to go check out my other store and see if they have anything different. I remember seeing some surfcity products at one point. The owner at my closest store is terrible. They had lack of staff for cashiers all the time and the lines were ridiculous, and h/she addressed the problem by replacing all the cash registers to automated systems... :shead:

 

Canadian Tire is having the Meguair's Quik Interior Detailer wipes and spray 50% off until April 28. Saw it in the flyer today

 

Boys just a head's up... the autoglym Super Resin Polish is not the same formulation as the cdn version. The US version is better by far. The reason for the difference has something to do with importation rules concerning ingredients.

 

nah Phil...CT is just having another 25% off sale like last year...seems to be a tradition...CT hasn't carried the brand for far too long, maybe a few years at most? three? it's more like "kicking off the car cleaning season" as they had the pw's and other supplies on sale as well...not too much of a clearance sale like your's...=D

the sprayer nozzle thread was cracked and it would've fully seperated from the threads on the bottle...then i would've had a mess to clean up. :thumb:

 

Oh no! I was just considering this one too! Have you tried the US/UK version?

 

I just received the US version yesterday. The only reason I mentioned it was because i was at the Montreal Auto Show and i met a rep from AutoGllym HO and he gave me that little bit of info. I understand that this will be fixed as soon as they are allowed to bottle the latest formula.

 

I did some reading yesterday and ya I read that they are always improving especially on SRP. Thanks for the info, I am picking up some CWC today at CDN Tire and was going to pick up some SRP as well. i'll hold off on the SRP for now.

kdude, how will we know when it's a new formula? Any ideas?

 

The leather cleaner is actually very good. I like most of the products from AG. My fav's so far ... instant tire dressing , interior cleaner rubber, shampoo is good, wax was good... solid line, can't imagine why everyone is dumping AG.

Auto Glym was the only real detailing product company to show up at the Montreal Auto Show. It was a classy set up, knowledgeable staff, and gave out full sample bottles of there product.

Interesting, my list is the opposite. My least favorite product from them is the Tyre Dressing. Interior cleaner and leather care. Top of the list are the Wax, CWC and shampoo. Too bad they only offer limited items from the line-up at CT. Speaking of which, I was there today and had a LOT of trouble not piking up more stuff

Autoglym: it's not all it's cracked up to be...
