Yeah that's always an option too. I live 6 miles out of town, on 8 acres. I can walk outside and take a leak right off the deck. I can have parties/music/etc. til all hours of the night. Living in a rural area has it's benefits.
um there is a little difference in the two.. Cali Total 163,696 sq mi Population Density 234.4/sq mi (90.49/km2) mee nay SO tah Total 86,943 sq mi Population Density 65.3/sq mi
i dare you to go off your deck and take a leak right now see if it freezes before touching the ground.
I've moved 3 times in the past year because of complaints from neighbors, all to different locations in the same town.
LOL that would be a good experiment. Actually, a cup of water will solidify in about 10 minutes outside right now. Just saw it on the evening news.
I was detailing a friends car while he was away on vacation for him as a favor. I ran into pretty much the same situation. The guy that approached me was known as a problem in the neighborhood and was an off duty police officer. I offered to wash and wax his car for him as an apology for the inconvience. i am now making a few $$ every month or so. It all depends on how the two parties approach the situation. Although I did use some very dirty ONR and some cheap OTC wax I keep just incase people ask me what I use. LOL
Neighbors can be a pain in the butt...especially in apartments. If I was making noise though, I'd try to do it during normal waking hours. A neighbor backed into my car parked on the street and denys it even though there was tracks in the snow from his garage right into the side of my car. It smashed the door in, broke my mirror and dented part of the front quarter panel. I was planning the ultimate detail for my car that morning, and I walked out to that. It turns out the guy runs a body shop, and his car did not return for a week! But noooo, he didn't do it. A few years and cars later, I'm still planning my revenge!
You have to realize that when you live in an apartment complex where everyone is close together people's patience can run a bit short. Especially if you are just outside running a polisher for a few hours at a time on a regular basis. I can see how that would get annoying. Maybe you should look into renting a house or something, people are more likely to leave you alone.
