Great info.... And I agree, all research I have done points to cfm being the main parameter to be concerned with Would you mind linking what compressor you ahve or a comparable model that would give you the numbers you need for your equipment? Thanks
This is the compressor that best matches the one I have. I can't find the exact one I have since I bought it used - Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices For 850 that is a decent price. How long it will last is anyone's guess. I don't have much experience with harbor frieght air compressors.
If it has a motor of electrical parts I do not get it from HF, only thing I get there is consumable goods that are inexpensive or something I only need once and dont care if it breaks after using it once.
HF tools don't give me warm fuzzies.... I need to stick with a reputable brand... I will use the stats from your machine and the one you posted to use a starting points... Thanks again
Piet... Re-visit my air compressor thread Ingersoll Rand DD2T2 I still like it very much. for the size of the unit, it is very nice. If you do have the room, I would definitely recommend getting a larger unit. I just didn't have the room for a bigger one, but this one still puts a smile on my face.
I can agree with you on everything except for the tank size. Especialy if the motor isnt 100% duty cycle.
