Did you get the 6.5" LC pads and the newer 5.5" BP with the Flex ? Curious as to how well the 6.5 " pads will work with the new foam 5.5" backing plate............?

You could technicaly use the 5 1/4" pads from CG, but I wouldn't risk it. Too close for comfort. The 6.5" pads are PERFECT, I wouldn't have it any other way.

 

the new "cg" pads are 6" so they would prob work real good with the flex.

 

P1et, I used the CG 5.1/4 pads with the flex and they worked great. With the new backing plate they fit perfect, but I have also used the 6.5" pads with it and they also worked awesome.
