I am basically looking at having our own high end Carnauba wax. It doesn't have to be revolutionary, just a great high quality wax that uses premium ingredients. Having a unique forumla (Not just a new label) is important to us. I am in no rush either. It is actually beneficial for me to wait a bit and see how other like this wax you just created ;)

What kind of equipment does one need to make a Paste Carnauba?

Besides initial looks between your wax and Royale, how do they compare in durability, beading/ sheeting, ease of use, etc., etc. I would like to hear more then they looked similar.

Also, who has tested your wax? Did they pay for it?

Just so you guys now. I will try this wax out, and give it my honest review! And I have to pay for it ;) Can`t wait to see how it is. Always fun to try something new, and unknown!

It all depends on the volume distribution. Not to sound snotty, but a Carnauba paste wax is not a complicated compound.

Do you plan to refine your own Carnauba into a White? Or use a #1 Yellow? Or looking to just go as far as bleaching into an Ivory?

Various burners, and boilers would all one would need for a basic setup. I like to use three burning vats at one time, to bring all of the compounds to the same heat level before mixing.

Now if you're looking into bleaching/micronesing. I would make sure you are allowing only a qualified Chemist/Chemical Engineer do this part. Bleaching, one would need various strainers depending on the volume being used. Micronesing, is just a mixing process.

Hydrophobics is one of my major focuses.

    phantom's wax

The vehicle beads quite nicely, although the water does repel from the surface. If youre caught in the rain you'll notice the vehicle looks quite slick, and water spotting really does not exist.

Durability, seems to be about 60-90 days with a few coats.

This is the kind of post that I like. Thanks for coming on here phantomgoat. I guess I will ask, have you compared it to Swissvax Concorso and Mystery. I am all about buying highend waxes but not knowing your product yet its kinda hard to spend 45.00 on a couple
    ounces.

Please keep in mind that DB has forum sponsors, they are great to the members, as well as they pay to have the privalge to do so. It is not fair to have them pay to advertise and not others.

If you would like to sell a product, either look into becomming a authorized sponsor or subscriing to a one or 12 month selling account.

As it is only fair to those who have paid for the right to sell product this thread will be closed.

If anyone has any comments please feel free to contact the DB team (myself, sneek, nica, and db boss)

    thank you for the co-operation
