no trains go thru any longer. its been a dormant track for over 10 years

I would have never moved next to a train track.

It was used to bring soldiers to the port back in the day.

So these are the cars you were telling me about on the phone, NICE.

I'd love to just pull up a chair and post up in front of your shop in the sun and eat a sandwich.

unfortunately any "LACKIE" I have hired full time have never worked out.

you know the deal, too good for the job, slow, inefficient, etc....

they guys that you see like Dan, Alvin, Joe well they are in other professions and just have a love for this....you can't ask for more than that. :thumb:

Well you COULD ask them if they'd work for a 6 pack of beer rather than money. :D

That might not go over well though.

Well, not in place of their normal day jobs, just in place of whatever monetary gains they get from helping you at the shop.

Any thoughts on Prima Swirl on Audi paint yet? :D

most of you know we cycle thru our product pretty quickly and I try to use everything we carry so I can know the ins and outs of a product/product line.

well I saw a car a couple weeks ago and asked what in the world did he used I knew he was into FMJ, Lusso, and Glanz.

The car was a rally blue wrx wagon and let me tell you it looked wet, its a daily driver and it was dripping.

I was so excited I did 7 coats on my daily today and it looks sick, what I want to do is use all 16.9 oz on it. To see what I can get, right now with 7 coats its wet and super slick and the paint feels soft.

Amazing! You learn something new everyday.

I don't know if I am reading your post wrong or not Phil but did he use all 3 or was there a certain one of those he used with multiple coats like you did?

he has all 3 and decided to go with Glanz.

sorry its late and I'm beat.

so to clarify 7 coats of Glanz on WRB is amazing....

I can also state that 7 coats on a 10 S4 Phantom Black is insane as well.

I will try to get some pics tomorrow.

haha no worries man, about that hour for me too. Now that you say this I wish I wouldnt have traded away my Glanz wax, seems like multiple coats might do well on my metallic red paint.

    Phil-

Do you have space to park multiple vehicles at a time inside at night? Seems like your shop area has room for 2 cars at most.
