jesus i am bummed. i searched everywhere for the rapid reel. found local dealers drove 50 miles ordered it. and 6 weeks later still no reel. kept looking drove 120 miles and found one at a local home improvment center. your price is better, and delivery certainly would have been better. only consulation is that the thing really works as advertised and is build like a truck. locally the fire departments use them. now thats a recommendation. next time i will check dd first. everyone thinks i am crazy anyway for buying these things. let them eat cake
