Oh and thanks Ken for making me go to Ben's website and look at the bilt-hamber soap...and then the clay..yeah thanks man i appreciate it
Wow what a dramatic difference, excellent job. I wouldn't be surprised if you doubled the value of that truck. Yes Ben ships BH into the US. :headbang: I only have the clay though. How is the shampoo?
Great job as usual Ken. I really hate to see all these incredible posts with Gloss-It. As much as I want to try it I have enough products that I love already. I have to agree that you probably doubled the value of the truck in 22 hours!
The shampoo is awesome. One TEASPOON in 3 gallons of water. You HAVE to get the Gloss Enhancer Detail Spray. Just order it already! I'll buy it from you if you don't like it.
See you have to go and say something like that...damn you, LOL. See now I have a tab pulled up with Gloss-Its website.
Great turnaround as usual Ken! I've been using the Gloss-It line as well. I love the one step machine polish and the yellow pad with EVP for sticky clear coat. I used that combo on a G35 yesterday and was able to achieve 95% correction with one step. I was able to run the Metabo at 2200 RPM in direct sun as well without it over heating. I love the Gloss Enhancer also. :headbang:
Fantastic work on this detail, Ken. I've not worked on anything quite this bad yet - I bet it's rewarding as heck to be able to make such a worn out vehicle look so great. What fun! I'm with you - I'd have turned down working on those wheels as well. Polished aluminum + Canada winter = certain death for wheels!
I wasn't going to say anything about the one step because, well, its a one step. But you are right. Amazing correction. If you want to offer a client an inexpensive polishing job that will impress them, this is the product. I'm not sure as to the durability though. I'll check with Rich at Gloss-it.
