Had it streak a few times this year. We were applying it on a black Merc outside. It was overcast and then the sun poked through and it warmed up in a hurry. Other time was in my shop and it was sweltering. If its hot out, treat it like a wax and get it on thin and do small areas at a time. If it does streak, reapply to that area and remove immediately while its still wet. Don't wait for it to haze over. Should solve the problem for you.
I have some of the consumer stuff coming. Not quite as abrasive but is great for removing clay marring and light swirls.
