$700 140k mile 99 tahoe interior, how would you conquer this beast?

    Better get a scrubbing attachment for a PC! I would hit it with a cleaner and scrub it in with a steamer. Let it soak, steam it up again and extract with hot water...lots of it.

    I get bad interiors like this all the time. Ain't no big deal, most of that stuff will melt off fairly quickly. I just did a black interior that after cleaning I found out was tan :thumb:.

    Go to a junkyard that has tahoe of similar year and same color interior.... you're likely to find them CLEANER than your buddy's tahoe. Much less expensive than buying a brand new replacement, especially the seat covers (if they're even easy to reinstall, my guess is not for the beginner).

    Seriously, I would not consider cleaning. replacement seems to be in order, and less expensive.

    Now you COULD use a pressure washer to the carpet and some cleaning detergents just to see what the results may be for a before and after. either before or after replacing it with new anyway.
