I called 3M on this after I asked what the difference was also..I spoke to Dave i believe his name was..and was told the US version is VOC compliant and has a different lube in it..the Euro one is slightly more luby ..if that makes sense..but the abrasives are the same and both worked the same on tests done at the plants...he said there was no difference in the final finish or results of polishing with it..... yes..the US uses a 70% water base and mineral oil..Europe uses a water and heavy and light parafinic base...the abrabrasive percent is the same 15%....also some other stuff I can not pronounce and spell...to long...lol AL
