My first time at The Rag Shack site.. had lots of fun going round in circles. Stick some items in the cart, enter Zip code, get shipping, click on Checkout and get a screen that says there's nothing in my cart. Go back to cart, everything's still there. Delete items, add items.. no change. Every time I click Checkout I get a blank page that says there's nothing in my cart.

Checked my Cookies, theragshack.com is there. Cleared it and tried again, same result.

Customer Service page has no Contact links, no e-mail address, no way to contact except for specified situations. I was left with a less than positive first impression.

This is odd, I just checked everything and it seemed fine. I've got quite a few orders today and haven't heard of any problems.

Found the prob, I approve or deny cookies as they pop up. I approved theragshack but now notice the domain on the Checkout was homestead.com. Once I allowed that cookie it worked fine.

Saw the contact info this time... wasn't there the first go-round, just an otherwise blank page with the Customer Service links. Weird.

Aborted attempt anyway. I'm an impulse buyer when I see a sale or special. Give me time to think about it and look in the detailing cabinet at a ton of stuff I've yet to use and reason prevails. (sometimes!) I need more detailing stuff like I need a hole in the head.

Now, where did I put that drill? :crasy:
