Nice, Good luck. I know from starting my own business years ago, you gotta start underpriced enough to encourage them to take a chance but enough to make it worth dealing with them if they are a PITA.
Looks great. Lots of great advice given to you here. Let me add my 2 cents ... don't get caught up with the fancy name brands. You are using great & tried products, but try to find effective products that can be diluted or used for different applications. One product that sticks out (at least for me) is Sonax FE. It's a good wheel cleaner, but 90% of the time you don't need it unless the wheels are completely covered in brake dust. Judging by the before pics, you could have used Adams APC and the outcome would have been the same (while using a dillutable "cheaper per ounce" product). The customer can care less about the specific product you are using as long as the final outcome is better than your competitor's.
The car looks great! Unfortunately you're only making 16/hr...regardless of where you are that should be at least 150 for that job! Looks awesome
