So one of my good friends just got this car for his 30th bday and he wanted to get it cleaned up and protected. Color is silverstone metallic, the pics just don't do the car justice. no correction was done, as the car was in pretty good condition straight from the dealer. shocking huh? Sorry no before pics, and please excuse some of the pics. i'm still learning how to take quality pics with an SLR. Foamed with heavy mixture of CWC and TAW via foam cannon+karcher Washed with 2BM with CWC+Opt car wash. Wheels got CG diablo with various brushes Tires got Tropi-care white pearl Interior wiped down with 1Z CP Clayed with zaino red clay Glazed with CG EZ creme Sealed with 845 Topped with Dodo Juice rainforest rub my other friend rolling in to my place DCT FTW! quite possibly the best photo taken IMO After we finished, another friend came over and we went to take some more photos. Group shot with some good friends of mine. thanks for looking!
nice set of bimmers. the e46's are still my favorite. Ive always wanted an e46 sedan with ZHP package
Nice job. How did you find the 845 to interact with EZ Creme? Im debating what to put on my black LS430 for this summer: EZ Creme -> Jetseal -> Petes 53 or EZ-Creme -> 845 -> Petes 53 or EZ-Creme -> Menz FMJ -> Petes 53
didn't notice any adverse effects. we let the ez creme sit for about 15min before buffing off, then went straight to 845.
Nice car, and good job...I can't stand that Silverstone, as it's really baby blue. Had a friend with an M6 in Silverstone, and another with an M3 Sedan in Silverstone.
How do you like rainforest rub? and have you used any other dodo waxes and if so, how does RR compare (excluding SN)?
E39 M5 FTW E30 M3 aside, best M car ever built not a fan of silverstone either, it looked good as the E39 M5 launch colour with the shadow chrome oem wheels and black bumper/door trim breaking it up, but looks very boring on the newer cars
ive tried all of the dodo waxes except for the ones made in conjunction with DetailingWorld. i really can't tell much of a difference among the standard hard/soft waxes offered by DJ. They all pretty much act the same, easy on easy off. as for looks, i would say SN and Juiced Edition have a "warmer glow" than the others.
what the?! That's pretty sick man. The BMW Krew LoL. You guys are in uniform rocking the BBS's I think BMW's are pretty sick the high maintenance part scares me away though.
Hey Doggie, you should have called me. I would have swung over and checked this out..... I live around the corner lol
