You know your the third person to say that about the Ferrari clear coat being a bit on the softer side. See like you I've heard the same about the new Ferrari's having ceramiclear, but that's just what I've read and everyone that has detailed a new Ferrari and I've asked them about there experiance with the clear coat say it's on the softer side :shrug:

last 2 years Ferraries have been CC paint.

 

A friend of mine has done the newer Ferraris have a clear, but they are really thin. That's what makes it a challenge when buffing. I'd love to find out for myself one day. :worship2:

this is Ferrari is crazy i love the technology its has it there ...gotta keep that red with polish ....thats black s 65 is my dream car right now ...were do u get that foam wash from ?

 

Any good carwash soap should work, in this case I used: 2oz of CGCWC and 1oz of Z7 car wash. Chemical guys citrus wash clear and zaino Z7 car wash soap. Pls note that I am using a foam lance with a pressure washer. I foam gun is used with a hose, but does not give you this much foam.
