I have the pleasure to Detail this beauty for a new customer and his wife are some of the greatest folks that i have met. This BMW M3 is one hell of a car to do. I put it up to one of my favorites to do and here is my process: The M3 was wash with Dawn and wipe down with 90/10 IPA to remove all of the waxes / polishes it had on there. Tires and wells i use ARO and rims with P21S Gel Cleaner with a EZ detail brush. From there i use megs clay and #34 for lube. After that it was tape and and inspected for swirls and rids. It was in good condition and from there i use a orange LC CCS and a German form green pad with SIP x2 and white LC CCS pads with 106FF x2. After i did a wipe down then i went with 87MC with a LC CCS black padx1. The interior was vac and plastic panel with cockpit premium and the rubber trim with IZ Einszett rubber care stick, windows done with stoners and MF's use from Pakshak and AG. Finish LSP was with Z5 X 2 with Z6 in between and final was with Z8. Tires got Optimum Tire Shine also. This one took over 13 1/2 hrs and i finish up this morning due that last Sunday it was storming during the evening and nite. Thanks everyone for looking and have a great weekend!.................Angelo

Oooh that's a lovely colour :thumb: one thing I've always enjoyed about BMW's is there head lights, just love the way they look :druling: :druling: Vehicle looks great, well done :applause:
Oh that is a sweet job there. You made the paint look so wet and the clarity is nothing short of incredible. I need to break out my Zaino again!
that looks awesome.. i have one question. why do you have to use 90/10 IPA to remove all of the waxes / polishes as the clay would already strip everything off? is it just extra job you did or it is a must thing to do?
Thanks Gracias Mi Amigo!!!!!!!!! I had to break out the Zaino on this one, Thanks I'm getting better and hope for more detailing in 2009, Thanks It was to remove all the oils and polishes that are sometimes left on the finish, I always use prep-sol and forgot it at home. I just want to make sure it was perfect for this customer. Thanks
