Don't know how I missed this one, but man what a DETAIL!! Nica you are truly one with attention to detail! Interior turnaround is speechless! :worship:
Sweet work, your write ups are perfect and I picked up a lot of good tips from reading it, again amazing work that silver is glowing.
Thank you for the compliment ehuth1, means a lot to me. Glad you enjoyed the detail, the owner was blown away from the detail :wicked: Thank you Smith, glad to hear you got someting out of the detail. Thank you for the feed back, very much appreciated :thumb:
"This vehicle belongs to a co-worker who was going to get his vehicle detailed at a dealership but instead phoned me!" He better be glad he did... Carlos love all the detail pics and the write up. The car looks amazing and that silver looks so wet. I know it took lot of time to do all of that. Thanks for sharing....You the man!
Thank you Sparkie for the feed back, the owner was very pleased with the results. It's funny becuase some other co-workers were questioning my detailing abilities  and those that were questioning my skills send me e-mails complimenting me on the job I did on this vehicle  This was a very rewarding detail for me, and the silver turned out great :thumb: thank you for the kind words Slarkie :chest:
Thank you Asphalt Rocket for the compliment, as for the 3M pads they work good, only thing with this 3M pad that I have is that it breaks down way to fast. What I mean is that I've used it on two vehicles now and it looks as though I've used it on 12 vehicles, this pad dosen't seem to last. That and it's 8inch pad, I'm not a big fan of 8inch pads. They work great on large surface areas like the hood, roof and trunck but on tight areas it takes a bit of getting used to it. I've ordered some 3M pads from the UK and they are 6inches and are supposed to last longer too, apperently 3M US/Canada can't get these pads in...odd you'd think 3M is 3M weather it's UK or US/Canada but apperently UK 3M has totally different pads/backing plates that 3M US/Canada cant get
I am not a big fan of a large foam pad either, how soon do you expect the 3m pads from the uk to get here to see how well they work. I have heard alot of good things about them.
Well they were shipped last Friday (November 23, 2007) via Fedex so hopefully some time this week if not early next week (week of December 3, 2007). I'll post pictures up as soon as I receive this order, I'm looking forward on receiving it there are some wicked goodies in this order
Beautiful write up and a stunning finish. The write up was not even ambiguous at all like some other ones I have read.
Thank you Takumi for the feed back :thumb: means a lot to me. Glad you enjoyed the write up and glad you found it interesting
Good job in cleaning the TL. I have a few questions though....when you were applying the leather cleaner how did you do it? When you use the applicator do you just keep dipping it into the hot water? Or is the hot water only for the micro fiber to wipe down the seats?
Phenomanal turn around Carlos and quite a fine job on the write up and documentation. Thank you:applause:
