Should I have to use kristall klar with tap water or distilled water?

If I use tap water, i´ll lose the produtc performance?

About the ratio: do you use this product only on specified ratio on bottle or do you change the ratio to remove a heavy dirt?

    Thanks.

I have the product but never used it. Will it remove wax on windshields, or any type of coatings such as Aquapel, G1, etc? Will it hurt the wax applied to the vehicle? I know that some of the water may get on the painted surface of a car above the windshield.

Use tap water. It has conditioners in it to soften the water. This is how we sell it to dealerships which use regular tap.

Apply in the ratio specified. How much product you spray will determine the cleaning effect.

Its ability to remove waxes and oils would be no different than if you were to clean the glass with glass cleaner. There is nothing caustic in Kristall Klar that would 'strip' any protective application. The difference between Kristall Klar and the typical off the shelf washer fluid is that Kristall Klar doesn't contain ammonia, methanol and is not overly watered down. It does contain water softeners and lubricants that help keep the windshield washer pump working smoothly and keep your wipers from skipping and shuddering.

It's almost winter guys. If you haven't tried it already you absolutely have to use Anti-Frost. Best stuff ever.

i thought i read on some thread that anit-frost didn't live up to the expectations...

i think it was about the weak ability to defrost ice on the windshield...don't quote me on that.

i would like to try anti-frost if this isn't the case...=)

You're confusing Anti-Frost WWF with Eistau De-Icer Spray.

Eistau certainly softens up thick ice but is awesome for frosted glass too. I'm not really in an area that gets a lot of ice but the Nor-Easters can chime in. Here was my review on Eistau.
