He "wiped it down" the next day, so it already has minor swirls on it. I gave him 4ozs of ONR too, sigh.

What is a "wipe down"?

 

just that, wiping it down.
he wiped the dust off dry, without ONR or at least some kind of quick detailer.
1 day worth of dry dust + soft acura paint = swirl city

Well we know he will come see you again. Tell him to invest in a wool duster man (uber, zymol, I got mine from amazon). Either way you did a great job and only in 7 hours that pretty damn fast man.

 

I gave him 4ozs of ONR, 6 towels from Cobra, a grout sponge, a 5 gallon bucket.
All he had to do was buy a sprayer and a grit guard/dirtguard, I guess he just couldn't wait......
