Looks stunning Bob! How do you like the Festool and were you using some sort of detailing stick for the grill?
Real high tech stuff, a pen with a microfiber wrapped around it:doh: It is funny but I had shelved my Festool for over a year and a half and has forgotten about it until I saw the Miracle thread in the tool section. I love the Flex with the trigger option, but the Festool can really power out some nasty defects on the paint and is great on clear bra film where a rotary can cause damage, I have an upcoming nightmare write up on a black Ferrari 430 spider with film over 95 % of the car with horrible water spot etch and the Festool saved my a**.
Oh, didn't notice it was a pen, haha. What's the model # of your Festool and is it possible to change backing plates? I'm not really familiar with the Festool line as you can tell, LoL. Can't wait to see the write-up on that 430.
Looks great, I did a black one with D&D, very soft paint but when it was corrected they have the nicest looking paint out there.
Hulk, The paint corrected nice and was not a real pain to finish down as the paint was on the hard side, however I have done black GT's and the paint was soft(go figure) the last one was a GTC and that one required XTRA attention to finish down. The grill puts this car in the charge extra category imo, so when you get one charge accordingly.
