Both are great products as you mentioned, but also very different. Z8 is a spray sealant and Crystal Mist is a QD. Z8 will last much longer than CM.

Use a low pile mf to knock down the high spots. You have a 2-3 min. window to knock it down. Very minimal pressure is needed.
